Ryan Daniel Beck is a long time professional dancer in LA and NYC (Beyoncé, Black Eyed Peas, Step Up, MOMIX) and now the founder/director of bodyART Studios, which is a physical therapy inspired approach to injury prevention, pain reduction and sustainable longevity. He is passionate about helping people reimagine their relationship to movement through non-abusive and pleasure-full immersive experiences. 

 

 

Lola Nicole is an NYC wellness practitioner + breathwork facilitator with Othership, a guided breathwork app + modern bathhouse concept coming to NYC.  

 

With an emphasis on nervous system regulation + somatic healing, Lola facilitates experiences to foster emotional & relational wellbeing by deepening one's connection with self and others.
